When you purchase from WITHWHITE we register you as a customer. We register your name, address, email and telephone number so we can ship your order to you. We do not register any sensitive information and do not pass the information on to any third party. As a customer you can sign-up for our optional mailing list with news, offers and other information about WITHWHITE. This service is optional and can be canceled at any time.
All prices are in DKK and includes 25% VAT. Our selection of products and prices can change at any time and without notice. You are always assured of the price agreed to at the time of your order. These prices are subject to VAT and duty changes. We reserve the right to correct pricing in regards to pricing errors. you will be notified if an item is sold out.
We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country including VISA, Master Card and American Express. The data you submit in connection with your purchase when paying by credit card is encrypted (SSL) and only Stripe (secure paying system) can read this data. Neither WITHWHITE or others have access to this data. Payment is only withdrawn when the goods have been sent from our stock.
Shipping and delivery in Denmark
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days in Denmark. If your order is delayed we will contact you by email. Shipping is free on all orders above 399 kr. (incl. VAT). For order below 400 kr. shipping is DKK 39 to nearest GLS shop.
All international orders are shipped by either Post Nord or UPS.
WITHWHITE do not take responsibility for any possible customs duty or any other taxes that may apply to your order. The customs duty and other taxes will be imposed on the customer/receiver.
Shipping rates varies from country to country. The applicable rates will appear in checkout when you place your order. Do you have any questions or concerns you should not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders to Germany and Austria are usually delivered within 3-5 working days with UPS.
International orders are usually delivered within 2-14 working days.
As a customer of WITHWHITE you can always return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item. If returning, the items must be in perfect condition (the same condition as it was when shipped) accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Returns will only be accepted if original packaging is fully intact. WITHWHITE can not accept returns where labels have been removed or where packaging is damaged. Please note that you are responsible for shipping fees and items lost in transportation will not be compensated. Please save your receipt from the post office.
The cardholder will be issued a refund for the purchase price only.

Before you ship the package, please email email@example.com with your order number and tracking number, so we know that you would like to return your package. Thank you.
You are covered for any product defects bought from us for 24 months from date of receipt.
It is however a prerequisite that these defects are not caused by your incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. You must notify us within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. As a consumer you have a 2 year warranty, which means you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded or a reduction in price may be issued, depending on the specific situation. All of which is conditional upon your claim being justified.
